With Lakers season set in play, jewelry designer, Shayan Afshar, gets in the Lakers spirit by adding his own touch to a classic G-Shock timepiece. If this isn’t blinged out, then I don’t know what is. I think this would make a great addition to their championship ring, right?

Steve Madden To Launch Women’s Fashion Apparel Line

L’Koral, who helped shape and build for brands like 7 For All Mankind Denim and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Elizabeth and James collection, will now lend their hands to Steve Madden. It was confirmed with L’Koral Industries, that Steve Madden will launch a fashion apparel line under the shoe label which is set for a Spring 2010 release. The new line was described as having a Bohemian inspiration, “and will include trendy items such as pixie dresses, boyfriend jacket affixed with exposed zippers and hardware details.” Plan on seeing some of your favorite couture designer clothes reinterpreted by Madden — we all knew it will happen sooner or later. I’m excited to see what he comes up with. Are you?

Oh yea, Chanel Iman, the international supermodel — Iman is of multiracial origins; her father is African American and her mother Korean. The young beauty was born in Atlanta, GA but grew up in Culver City, California and attended Fairfax High School in Los Angeles. After countless headliner runway shows and landing a solid deal with Ford Model Agency, Iman has a long resume of accolades under her belt and is considered as one of fashions go to girl for many top designers today. Here’s one of my favorite editorials she recently shot with photographer, Joan Alsina, for El Mundo magazine. She’s the next best thing after Naomi and Tyra!

Halloween Night | Lady Gaga and Friends

These are just some of the photos from last night. Yes, my character of choice was Lady Gaga and I went full out and decided to rock the leotard. Only negative from my costume was a shedding $18 wig and a non-stop murf here and there. lol — great night nonetheless. I’ll update more image sporadically once I get them back from 5 other cameras.

As you can see, I was too occupied with my drinks to take photos on my own camera. ;)

It’s officially November and our closet is in need of new shoes for the holidays. Cleo Barbour, who once trained at the Salvatore Ferragamo design studio in Florence, has created her very own collection of amazing soles. “Inspired by the dramatic colours and the majestic form of Birds of Paradise, her debut Autumn Winter 2009 collection includes enchanting peep-toe wedges and heels, innovative courts, shoe-boots, ankle-boots and a range of appealing flats.”
